“We have stayed at almost all of the Cheval Blanc properties around the world but this is definitely our favorite so far. It truly feels like a winter fairytale - a magical and unique experience where everything is perfectly thought through. Our mornings started with a beautiful breakfast, where Grégoire and Kimberly took great care of us. The service was warm and personal, and the team always anticipated our preferences - our favorite drinks were ready each morning without even asking. The Buford omelette and avocado toast were especially delicious, and the breakfast selection overall is excellent. The ski room experience was just as impressive. The team is highly professional, the equipment is top quality, and everything runs effortlessly. They would notice us arriving from the slopes and have our boots ready in advance - such attention to detail makes all the difference. Our room was spacious and beautiful, with a view over the ski lift, which made the stay feel even more magical - especially in the evenings when it was snowing. The spa is outstanding, with deeply relaxing treatments, and the team always managed to accommodate us even when it was fully booked. The food in the restaurants is excellent, menu will satisfy even the most picky guests :) Every member of the staff was consistently friendly and attentive throughout our stay - real palace level. A special mention to the concierge team - truly the highest level of service we have ever experienced. Aurélien and Simon, bravo and thank you for making the impossible happen, from securing the hardest reservations to smoothly handling every request. Magnifique. Our 10 days flew by, and we truly didn’t want to leave. We hope to come back next year and stay even longer”

“This is my favorite hotel in courchevel they have a nice ski room with everything you need for ski. The breakfast is amazing and the lunch outdoor was just marvelous with the ski slope view. The food in the hotel was amazing. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. The concierge and the doormen are very helpful with a very nice smile. The room was big and nice with an amazing view on the ski slope. This is my second time stay in this hotel and for sure I’m coming back next time”

“We didn’t stay at the hotel but dined at their restaurant La Grill Alpine and my oh my were we in for a treat. Absolutely exquisite food, beautiful decor and second-to-none service, especially from a young man called Marius who’s an absolute star, but seriously, everyone who works at the hotel excelled at providing us with an unforgettable experience! It ain’t a cheap affair but it will not feel expensive with how well you’re treated.”

“Beautiful elegant hotel. The staff is professional and polite. We had afternoon tea at the lobby lounge. It was cozy and their hot chocolate was divine. They have a Beautiful Guerlain Spa in the Hotel. You can book a massage facing the ski slope. Amazing spa. Absolutely recommended.”
